Heavy-fuel engine range

Choose an engine. Define the complete installation.

Explore three two-stroke engine configurations from the HF Dynamics range.

*Weights exclude the generator and accessories. Figures below are reference values from the published range; confirm the current specification and supplied configuration before design release.

Compare the published configurations.

The HFD-150 model name refers to the 154 cc configuration. Dimensions and accessory clearances must be checked against the current installation drawing.

Fuel and control

Confirm the fuel.
Confirm the calibration.

The published HFD range uses electronically controlled direct injection, spark ignition and air cooling. Fuel approval and calibration belong to a specific engine configuration.

Ask for the supported fuel specification, calibration revision, starting procedure and operating limits for your selected engine. Do not assume that a change of fuel is covered by an existing configuration.

What to define for integration

  • Mechanical: installation space, mounting loads, propeller or driven-load interface and accessory clearances.
  • Thermal: cooling airflow and representative ground and operating conditions.
  • Fuel: the exact fuel grade and the required fuel-system arrangement.
  • Electrical: starting method, available supply and generator requirements.
  • Control: throttle command, monitoring requirements and confirmed interface documentation.
Published ratings do not replace an installation-specific performance assessment. Request the current technical package before selecting a final configuration.
