The crankcase is equipped with a simple installation interface for efficient and convenient operation.
The entire machine is equipped with full electronic control, with precise ECU control of fuel injection and ignition to ensure efficient operation throughout the entire process!
Meets the test assessment requirements of GJB3213, simulates various extreme application scenarios, HFD-75cc series engines all demonstrate high adaptability!
- Suitable for various unmanned reconnaissance aircraft and integrated reconnaissance-strike drones weighing between 20kg and 45kg, as well as long-endurance drones for industrial applications such as forest fire prevention and high-voltage power line inspections. Custom development is also available based on customer needs.
- The carefully designed Air-assisted direct injection (AAFI Tech) system ensures precise control of the HFD-75cc series engine across the entire speed range.
- With multi-fuel adaptability, there is no need to modify the engine. Only the corresponding fuel data needs to be downloaded to the ECU, allowing for a quick change of fuel operation to meet different mission requirements.
- The company has obtained GJB 9001C quality system certification and strictly adheres to the standards to manufacture high-quality products.
Air Assisted Direct injection
- Use Air Assisted Direct injection technology to achieve precise control of oil and gas.
- Precisely design the air pressure value to achieve the best balance between fuel particles and economy.
- Direct injection in the cylinder to achieve lean combustion of fuel
- Secondary atomization of fuel, atomized into extremely small oil droplets (diameter <101.im), meeting the requirements of heavy oil combustion.
- Accurate fuel metering to improve fuel economy.
